Location - within walking distance trianon. We were able to park onsite. Consolação district was worth visiting. It was a 3-star hotel in every way...

I enjoyed the peacefulness of the hotel, as the rooms were quiet and there was no noise from the street. The breakfast offered a variety of Brazilian food options which were tasty. Additionally, the location was central and close to clubs and nightlife options.
The hotel is quite rundown and outdated, with old beds and worn out bathrooms. The staff were cautious, reminding us not to make noise when we had friends over. The area surrounding the hotel was quite dangerous and rundown, with bars for women and drug activity, making it feel unsafe to venture out at night. the hotel covered the basics, but don't expect a luxury accommodation experience.

There is noise coming from the night club ALL the time. If you are looking for a different experience in Sao Paulo it will be like if you were staying at Broadway in the middle of the 70s. Not for families at all.
People should just take care of their belongings when walking at Augusta at night.

I liked the location. But the best thing in this hotel was the breakfast. We got a perfect breakfast. Rooms were clean.
Nobody speaks English and it was so noisy because it is located on one of the main street (for fun:)). If you want to stay one day, you must stay here.

The hotel was generally ok. What was really annoing was the huge noise at night - coming from the construction side nearby and partys and clubs across the street.

We loved our stay at this hotel, especially its location in a busy rundown area. Despite the chaos outside, we didn't hear any noise inside our room – this made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were also impressed by the hotel's facilities, which were well-maintained and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Nothing to fault.
